Takeaway Spaces is a South African modular building company focused on creating affordable, well-designed, and quickly delivered spaces for people and communities who need them most , without compromising on quality or dignity.

We are a multidisciplinary team made up of qualified professionals. Together, we bring over 50 years of combined industry experience across residential, commercial, and modular construction.

Why We Started

South Africa faces a massive housing and space shortage and traditional construction is often too slow, too expensive, and too rigid to respond to real needs. We started Takeaway Spaces to challenge that.

Our goal is simple:
